Jabi Lake Mall

Located only 500 metres from Nordic Villa, you can walk to this hyper modern mall which is one of the biggest in West Africa. It features a stunning view of Jabi Lake, restaurants, modern shops such as Mac, Bobby Brown, Tommy Hilfiger, Pandora, BoConcept, Celio and many more. There is also a cinema with ultra modern equipment for you to enjoy. Should you need to do grosserie shopping, you'll find Game and Shoprite which both has wide varirity. 

Ceddi Plaza

Ceddi Plaza is a shopping mall in central Abuja with many different shops; Levi's Store, Nike Store, Etisalat, a bookstore, a wine shop, restaurants, ATM's and SPAR to name a few. You can also catch a movie in the cinema. The mall is located at 264, Tafawa Balewa Way, Central Business District. Open 10am to 9pm daily.

Abuja Farmers Market

This vibrant market is located at the Ibrahim Babangida Boulevard, Maitama, and open from 7am to 10pm daily. Also known as the "Fruit and Vegetable Market", is surrounded by government buildings and embassies. This one of the great places to buy fresh foods with customers coming from different nationalities stocking up on local and imported goods.

Garki Open-Air Market

This market is situated on Area 8, Garki, and it is opened from 8 to 9pm daily. Patronized by more locals that tourists, it serves as the main commercial area in the Garki district. Its emphasis is on everyday goods rather than in arts and craft. Here, one can find a big selection of mainly local produce at varied prices depending on your haggling.

Friday Muslim Market

This market is situated on Tafawa Balewa Way, Central Business District and is opened from noon to 5pm on Fridays only. This market was relocated from in front of the National Mosque to this new place due to congestion and insecurity, and now sells a huge variety of goods. These goods range from: clothes, fabrics, household items and food, for some of the lowest prices in Abuja. It is worth noting that haggling is essential in getting these good prices.

Wuse Market

This large and spacious market is located between Sani Abacha Way & Herbert Macaulay Way, Wuse II, and is opened from 8am to 9pm daily. This is the biggest shopping market in the city, and it offers a glimpse of the local life, with numerous stores and outlets selling everything from crafts, to textiles, jewelleries, homewares, electronics, domestic appliances, and foodstuff from all over the country.
